I am a ritual worker, Goddess mother of two children, writer, designer, educational training facilitator, homemaker, and mediator. As an educator of 12+ years and problem solver, I have learned to curate spaces of wellness as a commitment to building relationships and repairing harm.

I study herbal medicine, female hormonal care, yoga, and many other holistic understandings of being that keep me creatively available for communal led solutions. Although I have been a podcast co-host, teacher, Dean, and many other roles, my main offering is creating paths of wellness that center people being cared for.
